How it works
What to expect
- Recommended Space: 14' wide x 20' long x 12' high
- Indoors or outdoors but ground must be fairly level
- We provide everything you need to golf!
- You can use your own clubs if you prefer.
- Must have access to a power outlet.
- We have a 100' extension cord.
- We arrive 45 minutes before the event, and it will take approximately 30-45 minutes to break it down.

When is payment due?
50% is due at the time of booking with the remaining 50% due 30 days before the event.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 30 days of event will be able to use booking credit towards a future event. Cancellations 30+ days will receive a 50% refund.
What if there is inclement weather on day of booking?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to set up the golf simulator if there is heavy rain, lightning, or high winds. We can reschedule your event or issue a rain check for a future event. As always, we will do our best to work with you through this process if weather is a factor.
How much space is needed?
The golf simulator bay is 12' wide x 16' deep x 10' high. We recommend a minimum space of 14' wide x 20' deep x 12'f high.
Can you set up indoors?
Yes! Indoors is a great option if space is available. An indoor set up is a fantastic way to enhance an event.
How is the golf simulator powered?
We will need a power outlet within 100 ft of the setup area. A generator could be used for an additional cost but generators can be distracting.
Do you supply golf equipment?
We provide both men's and women's (left and right) clubs along with golf balls and tees. Everything you need for your guest to have the best experience.
Can I use my own clubs?
Yes! You can use your own equipment, we only ask that your clubs are clean in order to not damage the projections screen and hitting mat.
How many people can play?
Course play allows 8 players while closest to the pin and long drive contest can be for large group events.
How long does it take to set up and breakdown?
Depending on the location the entire process should only take 30 minutes to set and and another 30 minutes to breakdown.
