Membership Information

TeeTime Golf is a private, members-only indoor golf studio in Tulsa, offering 100% private bays with 24/7 access. Coaching is built on TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) methodology — Train the body. Free the swing. — training each golfer's natural movement rather than forcing a generic swing model.

TeeTime is also an authorized Titleist club fitter and certified L.A.B. Golf putter fitter, giving members access to precision equipment fitting alongside coaching. Annual members get a free fitting each year; month-to-month members receive a discounted rate.

FAQs

If you have further questions please don't hesitate to ask.

  • How do I join?

You can join TeeTime Golf in two ways — book a tour to see the studio and talk through membership options in person, or sign up online and get started right away.

  • Is TeeTime Golf open to the public, or members only?

TeeTime is primarily a private, members-only studio, but the public can book bay time and lessons on a very limited basis — availability is limited, so booking in advance is recommended.

  • Can I book a bay if I'm not a member?

Yes, on a limited basis. Public bay time is available in select openings — check current availability when booking online.

  • How does membership access work?

Members get 24/7 access to the studio using a unique, single-use entry code generated for each visit — no staff needed to let you in.

  • How far in advance can I book a bay?

It depends on your membership tier — most plans allow booking 3 to 7 days in advance. Details are listed on each membership tile.

  • What happens if I don't use all my hours?

Unused hours don't roll over. Each plan resets on its normal monthly cycle.

  • Can I book more time than my plan includes?

Yes — members can book additional hours at a discounted hourly rate beyond their monthly allotment.

  • Do you offer club fittings?

Yes. Annual members (Score and TeeTime Club) receive one free club fitting per year. Month-to-month members (Train and Play) can access fittings at 50% off, using their own membership hours.

  • Is coaching included with membership?

Yes — every plan includes coaching as a built-in member benefit, including one free coaching session per month during business hours.

  • Can I bring a guest?

There are no guest fees for members.

  • What if I need to cancel my membership?

Month to Month membership cancellation requires 30 day notice, submitted before the 1st of the month. Annual memberships are a 12 month commitment and require a 30 day notice at the end of the term.

  • Can I pause my membership?

Memberships can only be paused for injury or medical situations. Other requests are treated as a standard cancellation, which requires the standard 30-day notice.

  • Do you offer an annual payment option?

Yes — Score and TeeTime Club members can pay in full for the year and get one month free instead of paying monthly.

  • What's included in a private bay?

Every bay is 100% private, equipped with TrackMan, swing cameras, and full 3D motion/kinematic analysis — the same tools used for real performance coaching, not just entertainment.
